If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or store credit.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Dress Kart will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
